Has to be one of the most unprofessional police agencies in the university system. Officers engaging in sexual and unprofessional relationships with young students and staff, "Good Ol' Boy" network is encouraged, and the officers on the street are not up to par in regards to law enforcement standards. In one case, a Yale police lieutenant was allowed to engage in a sexual relationship with students and suffered no penalties. It makes you wonder about the leadership and it certainly makes you question the "police" agency. University students rely on their police department to provide them a safe place to learn and live and the Yale Police Department violates that trust. I would like to think that it's not every officer, but there is no reason to believe it's not occurring at every level. Students with no political backing or legacy status are at risk. Yale Police Department is a sham of an agency and I'm ashamed that they're part of the police system.
