Our family went to the Omni New Haven Hotel for brunch. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but we had the very best service. It is not unusual to have a delicious meal, but it is unusual to have such incredible service. Thank you, James, for making our brunch so special. very expensive for a small room with very thin walls you can hear everything that happens in all the other rooms around you. The room placement doesn't make sense like they changed it to make the rooms more full with less furniture. bar and restaurant times aren't open til later in the evening, far easier to leave. wouldn't stay again there are no redeeming qualities to make it worth staying again. this isn't a chain problem, stayed at one in Jacksonville florida and it was awesome.
Better than avg hotels if you get a good rate. Full service including bar, restaurant and friendly staff. If you are into architecture you'd love this place. Smack right in downtown and very good location. Took off one point for high prices.
It was a very pleasant experience. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very receptive to our needs. Our professional event was also catered food which was delicious and the staff was quick to keep everything clean and tidy.
Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale was wonderful. They were very accommodating and our stay was comfortable. It was located right on downtown New Haven and Yale's campus was just a short walk away. The room was nice and the staff was pleasant. I would recommend others to stay there.
