I’m a teacher who works 7:30 to 5:30 every single day Mon-Fri. So explain to me how the hell I’m supposed to ever get anything done at your office with such crappy hours?
Excellent customer service . Security guards were polite and helpful and women we dealt with was absolutely lovely , very professional , knowledgeable and kind.
It's easier to take a day off from work and get in line at 7am than it is to get a phone call thru.
Every time I go it's like I'm lied to cuz I alway get a different answer. And then they said oh i don't know they would say that to you.
Called a bunch of times and no one picked up. 1 hour and 30 mins later, finally someone picks up and goes "Social Security." I explain briefly what the issue was, and I was put on hold for 2 seconds then transferred to leave a message. Makes me not even want to walk in there...
