Terrible service. Brought in a ring to be re-sized and you could feel the judgement and condescension coming from the jeweler who took a look at it. Apparently he was not impressed with my more moderate (but hardly cheap) tastes.
A jeweler up the street told me it would take 3 weeks to fix my necklace and then try to sell me a replacement. Gilden's fixed the necklace in one hour. Thank you so much!
we walked in he was staring at us. We asked him the price for an item but he would not reply. Worst jeweler ever.
