Fresh seafood selection. When I'm in the mood for sugar snap peas, cilantro, tofu, eggplant or bok choy, I can get in and out with exactly what I want in a few minutes. They have specialty grocery items with a pretty nice selection. Don't forget a big pack of dried seaweed.

Decent sized Asian market. They have a respectable selection of fresh produce and fish/meat downstairs. Prices are reasonable. The best Asian market I've been to in New Haven.
