The guy at the front on the side next to front door was very courteous, educational, and displayed true concern for my 6yo safety while riding her beloved bicycle.
Took my daughter's bike in for a spring checkup.
It very rare a business completes a service for rhe aake if safety and education, as opposed to making a profit.

These guys are good at what they do but I had a terrible experience a few years ago before they moved. It still irks me that I had to deal with someone who was super elitist and not very helpful. No matter how good your service is, no one appreciates patronizing behavior in a consumer business.
For this, its the only place I will go for bike repairs.

I've been a commuter bicyclist for decades. My bike is precious to me. This is a great shop. They do quality work in a reasonable time, are good at diagnosis and prevention, and charge fairly. New Haven is fortunate to have this shop.
