I'd like to thank Dr. Lisa Mackay and

Dr. Morgan Mackay. Thank you for saving us. We were in a bad place and like Manna from heaven you and your team showed fellow feeling. All of you helped me in a time of crisis. We Nikita Kitticatovich and I had no place else to go. Thank you so very much thanks to all of the staff. The hugs were priceless. Truly, very truly,

The doctors McKay are two of the kindest, most compassionate people we have had the privilege of having look after our cats. Their amazing staff help to make sure our Grace is being comforted whenever she needs a visit. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a couple of wonderful professionals!

Always a great experience! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen Dr. Crocker and her staff for pet emergencies as well as checkups. Dr. Crocker is very compassionate and has helped me keep my 4 cats healthy over many years. I work at a cat rescue and always recommend the Veterinary Wellness Center of New Haven. I trust them with my pets health. So can you!

Dr. MacKay was very nice and good with my dog but the receptionists and pricing were terrible! When I first called I was quoted $50 for an office visit and $36 for the flu vaccine my dog needed. The actual cost for the visit was $60 and the vaccine was $50. I was also pressured to get a lyme/lepto vaccine for $70 even though the lyme vaccine doesn't actually prevent lyme disease like they implied. And now I'm told that the boosters for these vaccines will cost the same amount as the initial vaccines and even if I have a vet tech administer them it will still cost me $30 for the visit! At my last vet (I recently moved) the boosters were included in the price of the vaccine and they could be administered by a vet tech for free. Now I'm stuck with over $400 in vet bills for two routine visits to get basic vaccines!

Bubba Gumbo and Cosmo Topper think you are the best! No one else I would trust my boys with.
