staffs are friendly and informative but products are too expensive. good quality but we can get a little inexpensive from across the street.
Talk about service. I went in here about 2 months ago to look at jackets. Well I returned the next 2 days still indecisive. Finally I had made up my mind and the staff was nothing but helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise.
The staff was well informed about their products and went over all their features. It was worth paying a little more to get exactly what I need and with products that care about the environment.
Decent selection for it's size. Items are full price or on sale, though still pricey. Sales oriented staff are helpful and fairly knowledgeable. If you don't mind a smaller selection and higher prices, you can save a trip to REI in West Hartford or Norwalk.
I took my mom to Trailbazer to buy her some walking shoes as a birthday present. She was a bit reticent but the young man who waited on her was great. Thank you so much!!! I will definitely be back to shop there again. Amazing, friendly, and knowledgable service.
