Our sales agent / property manager from this firm failed to notify us (we live out of state) about damage to our home which drove down the sales price. She also went behind our back and put the buyers in direct contact with a contractor we had rejected for trying to inflate the cost of the repair job. As a result, we had to pay for unnecessary repairs. Moreover, following her "professional" advice we rejected a purchase offer which proved to be $12,000 higher than the eventual sales price. One star is more than this firm deserves. Avoid it like the plague!
