Not worth going recomending. Though the pizza was tasty but not sliced well. Though the crew made an effort to accommodate everyone there was no restroom anywhere and they didn't meet and greet well.
OH, and it was the exact same driver as yesterday, and the restaurant had to call and tell me he got LOST on the street and tried to tell me I gave them a nonexistant address. Had me wait an hour and half for food and asked me to wait outside. Waited outside my house for a half hour and then he still wasnt there. After reading other reviews it seems a lot of people have the same or way worse issues.
I used to like ordering from here, but I am never ordering New Haven Pizza again. Every single time I order, there is always a problem with my mediocre food. Every time. The staff is either lazy or incompetent because EVERY TIME they forget to give me food I have PAID FOR. The price randomly changes to the point they make me spend 10 dollars on things they either FORGOT or are already INCLUDED. Yesterday and tonight I ordered delivery and there were issues with my food both times. I paid extra for extra blue cheese with a buffalo wrap, and there wasn't any in my bag when I opened it at all. Today I ordered bacon potato skins and paid 3 dollars extra for the bacon, and there was only cheese on them, and then my order said 19 dollars online. The guy tells me its 24 bucks when he got to my house and I asked him if that was correct because I wanted to give him a NICE TIP and he proceeds to yell at me saying I'm calling him a liar. So I pay 27 dollars, and then check my receipt online after and it was 19 dollars like I thought. I call and ask why, and they said ONIONS on a STEAK AND CHEESE cost EXTRA, when I literally ordered one yesterday with MORE TOPPINGS than today and there was no extra charge. Onions are "included" on their steak and cheese and it's just ridiculous to pay 10 dollars extra for things I don't receive or should be free. Their customer service is horrible, they don't listen and seem to not understand that I called to just LET THEM KNOW TO CHECK THEIR ORDERS before they send it out the door. Disappointing and frustrating to simply order a dinner. Stupid.
I live next door and I love their pizza. The service is fast and the employees are very polite friendly and respectful. I would recommend New Haven Pizza to anyone.

I really like the pizza here. It's not too thick or too thin. Some of the food is a bit too salty but for pizza it's a good place to order from and not overly expensive. The staff is very friendly.
