Jake was great! I called them to rekey/replace my locks after a break in and he convinced my landlord to replace the lock entirely with a better model. He was great at explaining the differences between lock types and models and why you should get a better one. They also came within 30-45 minutes of my call.
From my initial call to get replacement keys made for my vehicle, I had nothing but outstanding service. Within a few hours of calling, Jake was at my house and was great at keeping me informed while he successfully cut and programmed new keys. Between his expertise and the good pricing, I had him make a spare key for a second vehicle as well.
This morning the lock on my kitchen door suddenly stopped working which meant I couldn't use the door at all. They are prompt, honest, and professional, and willing to go above and beyond to help people in compromised circumstances. Daniel came to help me on a Sunday and was very precise about timing. The price he gave was beyond fair for the hard work he did. He understood that I was a student and was as accommodative as possible with the cost. Many businesses would take advantage of someone frazzled and in need of help, you can be assured that this company would never do such a thing. I highly recommend their services!
I called him to have a car key made for a 1999 Pontiac Grandam. The quote on the phone was $150 Flat, when the guy arrived he charged me $377. I later called the dealer out of curiosity and their quote was only $50. This guy ripped me off big time i recommend you people not to use this guy. To top it off he kept staring at my behind... very unprofessional at least don't be a obvious predator. HE DEFINITELY RIPPED ME OFF!!!!
