When I set up my policy with Ed and his agency, I forgot to put on the roadside assitance. My wife got a flat tire, so I called Ed asking for the roadside assitance phone number (not realizing I forgot). Since we didn't have it, he drove to meet my wife (I was out of town) and changed her tire int he rain. You cannot find a better insurance agent.
Best prices and coverage in town. Nice people and Ed knows us by name. Recommended!
By far the worst insurance company I've ever had the displeasure of working with! I will never insure with allstate again because of the dissatisfaction I have had with these crooks. They went up $300 on my 6 month policy after the first 6 months!! Mind you. I've never even had so much as a speeding ticket! I have an impeccable driving record. When I asked the reason for them doing so, I got the run around. No answer. So I canceled and went with state farm, which by the way was half the price as these thieves. They're customer service is horrendous. The girls in the office don't seem to know anything. I felt robbed being insured by them. The day I canceled the policy I made sure to go in, in person. I got a receipt for my payment, and paper saying my policy was canceled. Two months later I get a paper in the mail saying"this is your last and final notice" of money I still owe them. Well, I never got the other two "notices " they claim they sent, and second, I payed in full everything I owed them the day I cancelled my policy. I called once again to argue with these people about why they are trying to pull this stuff. No answer. So I'm done with allstate for good now. They will never get another dime out of me, let alone what they claim I owe.
