Worst Experience I have ever had cutting my hair. The man began cutting away without asking what I wanted done. Fat Idiot took 5 minutes and charged me $50.00 for a Piece of S--T hair cut. DO NOT GO HERE! Date of Service was 1/20/2013
Christie G is the absolute best, does great work, cares infinitely about her job and does it so well, and more than that is a wonderful person. My daughter and I have known her for more than 10 years and wouldn't go to anyone else. Well I did ONCE and regretted it big time. BIG mistake. Christie takes the time she needs to get it right. We adore her for her skill, of course, but also for her compassion and generosity. Thanks Christie!! You are an inspiration!
Jobella is the best full service salon in New Haven for women. The staff are friendly and very talented. The atmosphere is good, and the location is ideal if you live or work in downtown.
I made an appt with Christie Garafolo after asking two different people who did their hair, they both said Christie, I thought that was a sign. Christie spent the time to listen to what I wanted and did exactly that! She gave me an amazing cut. I also got some subtle highlights to "test the waters" and I am definitely going back for more because I love what I got. Finally after years of looking for a hairdresser that listen to what I wanted, I found one. Thanks Christie!
My hair looks amazing! After a series of box hair color mishaps I finally threw in the towel and decided to try a salon. I was nervous but the stylist Christie G made me feel relaxed. My hair looked amazing! I was afraid that my hair would be burnt out from all of the hair color but I walked out of the salon with an amazing shine and color! She even spent so much time on my hair because its so long and thick that she went into her other appointment. Rather than give me a quick trim and rush me out of there she used the blow dryer and took her time cutting my hair! I am so happy with my cut she did such an amazing job.
