Its a judgment free zone and the staff are awesome. Always smiling and having fun among each other as well the members. Its a place to escape if your having a rough day! Talk to the staff they'll cheer you up!!

Great place with super awesome facilities! Convenient, with a Stop and Shop, dollar store, and a hair salon right there! I usually work out every Saturday morning and get a shampoo from the Great Clips next door, then my groceries. Nice staff and huge windows so that it's not too claustrophobic. Would recommend!

This location is very quaint and cozy. They have up to date machines and plenty of cardio and strength machines.
The GYM is extremely clean and the staff are friendly and always accessible. You will always find them cleaning, answering questions if you have any and always pleasant.
I like the fact that I don't have to pay additional fees for a trainer. The trainer, Jay, is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and accessible.
The gym is clean and modernized, and the machines are well maintained. Staff is subpar and casual, if not rude at times, with the exception of the personal trainers, who tend to go out of their way to ensure you have a decent experience. As for plant fitness overall, beware the fine print...
