Terrible customer service, staff assumes the degree of a repair before physically checking your device. Always trying to get you with their lies to spend more $$$ in repairs. I do not recommend visting this store or even coming in for service. Thanks for the waste of time!
Indigo is a great help!! She's very friendly and gave us a looottttt of time in explaining everything!! The store boasts of a great collection.
A nice mall sized Apple Store, not a huge one. Staff is friendly and seem very attentive. Service staff is very prompt and handles appointments on time. Staff is appropriate for the store size so you get good service as well as well stocked supplies.
This is a very busy Apple Store, probably due to it being in the Yale campus.
The people here are very helpful, but expect to wait quite a bit past your scheduled appointment time for repairs.
