Absolutely blown away! The customer service at unique is among the best I have come across in any context. I contacted Caroline and Angie for a project that I was doing at Yale's School of Management. The premise was as follows: you're given a paperclip and have to trade the paperclip for items of increasing worth. I had made 9 trades and had a painting. When I told Caroline and Angie that I would give them a very nice painting in exchange for a car that I would donate to charity, they agreed! They have been nothing but kind and professional and their dealership reflects their kindness and professionalism. They are such an amazing part of the New Haven Community. Highly recommended!
